Hi, my name is Triin, I’m a certified Personal Trainer and Coach. With over 10,000 hours of coaching experience, I truly enjoy setting priorities with my clients, whether it’s improved movement technique, fat-loss, building strength, or simply creating better habits to improve your quality of life.

I was born and raised in Estonia and Norway is by now the 5th country I’ve lived in. I love it here in Oslo! Planning to stay for good.

My career in fitness started in Groningen, the Netherlands, where I started teaching group fitness classes in 2015. With around 5 years of experience as a Personal Trainer, I’ve come to believe that you can achieve a healthier body & mind with a sustainable approach. I will not make you cut your favourite foods from your diet, I am committed to help you find your perfect “nutritious to soul food ratio”.

Fun fact about me? I love having specialty coffee & pastries on the regular as much as I love Total Body days at Barry’s on Friday mornings. That is A LOT of LOVE for coffee & carbs!

CHRISTINE

OSLO, NORWAY

I’ve been an athlete all my life, from climbing trees and figure skating to competing at Worlds in cheerleading. But my journey hasn’t been a straight line. Like many, I’ve struggled, with burnout, with injuries, depression and with 11 years of eating disorders. That experience, paired with deep knowledge and training in nutrition and performance from Wang Elite Sports Academy, has shaped everything I bring to the table today.

Now, with over 1,500 Barry’s classes taught and thousands of clients coached, I specialize in helping people rebuild from the inside out. I don’t believe in punishment. I don’t believe in perfection. I believe in progress that actually lasts.

I coach with honesty and empathy. I’ll hold you accountable, and I’ll hold you up when life hits hard. I’ll ask the real questions, about stress, trauma, habits, and what’s holding you back. I won’t just give you a plan, I’ll help you rewrite the patterns behind the plan.

My approach to nutrition is grounded in reality. You won’t get a rigid list of “eat this, not that.” You’ll get a deep-dive into what’s working, what’s not, and how to evolve in a way that respects your lifestyle, cravings, brain health, and your brain-gut balance. Because thriving isn’t just about macros, it’s about mindset, stress, hormones, and joy.

And if you’ve got an injury? I’m your girl. As a proudly autistic coach, I’m a biomechanics nerd who will study your injury like a case file, because no two bodies heal the same. You’ll be safe, seen, and supported every step of the way.

• I run Oslo’s Easy Pacers, a running club for anyone who’s ever felt like the fitness world wasn’t made for them.

Policies and Refunds:

By law, consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal when purchasing digital services. However, since your individual meal plan is custom-made and tailored specifically for you, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the order has been placed.
